Pot Roast Recipe:
1 envelope (about 1 ounce) dry onion recipe soup & dip mix
1 envelope roast beef mix
1 envelope brown gravy mix
1 envelope beef stew mix
1 white or yellow onion chopped
6 medium red potato (about 2 3/4 pounds), cut in half
3 cups baby-cut carrots or 2-inch pieces peeled carrots
3 cups chopped celery
3 pound boneless beef chuck roast
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup red wine
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon coarse salt or table salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Tony Chachere’s
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
Add everything into the crockpot and cook on high for 7-8 hours or until the beef is fork-tender. Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped parsley and over jasmine rice if desired.
