Cheesy, spuddy fried goodness with spicy sauce and arguably the finest aioli I’ve ever made. Croquettes are so peng. Doesn’t really matter whether they’re meaty or cheesy, deep fried and breadcrumbed business will always be delicious won’t it? These are no exception. The spuddy cheese mixture is gooey and salty and the sauce combo works a charm. Give these a go for they are a piece of piss.
