Set cable station to high position & attached a straight bar. Place hands at shoulder width, keep your chest upright & shoulders back. Keeping your arms straight, breathe out & pull the bar downward in an arching motion to your thighs. Slowly allow the bar to come back up until you feel your lat muscles stretching.
