store bought pie crust (the kind you roll out)
4-5 cloves garlic, minced
8-10 sprigs of thyme, de-leafed
chunks of cheese (I used Jarlsburg)
tomatoes, sliced
Mix garlic and thyme together. Spread 3/4 of it over the rolled out crust. Dot the cheese over the top, leaving room to fold the edges over. Cover with tomatoes and the remaining garlic mixture. Fold the edges of the crust over to seal it up. Drizzle with olive oil and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling through the layer of tomatoes.
