4U by Tia Review: Part 2- Moisturizing Conditioner
So I’m back with the moisturizing conditioner from @4ubytia . They have 2 conditioners, a lightweight conditioner and a moisturizing conditioner. This conditioner was very loose in texture and quite lightweight, and I typically prefer to use thicker conditioners.
It has a nice faint scent with notes of hibiscus 🌺. It provided a decent amount of slip, especially after adding water.
If your hair prefers lighter weight conditioners, you will like it. I really do hope a deep conditioner is added to this line to help someone like me better retain moisture.
