We bought a takoyaki cooker and tried making takoyaki at home. It turned out better than I had imagined and tasted amazing! Takoyaki batter ingredients ・7 oz (200g) Flour ・2.5 cups (600ml) Water ・1 tbsp Soy sauce ・1 tbsp Mirin ・1 tbsp Dashi powder ・1 Egg This makes approximately 32 takoyaki. Prepare about 100 g of boiled octopus. If not available, substitute sausage or other ingredients. If possible, add chopped green onions, red pickled ginger (beni-shoga), and tempura bits (tem-kasu) to make it tastier.
