Index Match Match allows a user to pull a specific cell value from a field using both a header and column reference to hone in on the specific cell. In our example, we use my Basic Hotel Proforma where I take the annual values from a detailed proforma with extra columns and pull only the numbers out from specific columns so we can look at a simple annual cash flow without all the noise.
