The suitcase carry is by far on the best functional movements to build core strength and stability. It's a staple in my own training and pretty much all of my training programs. If you're not doing the suitcase carry, now is the time to start! Hit 3 sets of 45-60 seconds per side and begin taking your strength to the next level!
