Dead start clean to thruster.
This one gets spicy! Doing a set on the minute start off at 5 reps of clean to thruster. After the reps are completed you have the remainder of that minute to rest. Add 1 rep each minute. Ex: minute 1: 5 reps, minute 2: 6 reps, minute 3: 7 reps etc.. complete as many minutes as possible. Stop once you can not complete all of the reps assigned for that minute.
