all you need: 1 cup old-fashioned oats ¾ cups soaked raw cashews 4 cups of water 2 tbsp any dairy-free yogurt  how to make it: 1- Start by blending the oats with water in a high-speed blender for a minute. 2- Use a nut milk bag to strain the milk, leaving behind the pulp. 3- Blend the oat milk with the raw cashews. 4- In a medium to large pot, pasteurize the milk by heating to 160°F while stirring. 5- Let it cool to 110°F (you can speed up the cooling by pouring it into a glass container). 6- Stir in 2 tablespoons of dairy-free yogurt (this will be the yogurt culture needed to make yogurt). 7- Close the lid and leave it in a turned-off oven for about 8 hours until it thickens. 8- Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
