**1 ½ cups drained yogourt, plain or unflavoured (you should start off with 2- 2½ cups (500-625 mL) of undrained yogourt)
**1 cup grated cucumber, peeled and seeded
**1 teaspoon salt
**1 - 1½ tbsp finely minced garlic
**1 tbsp Greek olive oil
**2 tbsp white wine vinegar
**1 tbsp finely chopped dill (optional)
