Crispy Air Fryer Coconut Shrimp – Quick & Easy Recipe
This crispy, golden-brown coconut shrimp is super simple to make in the air fryer. Perfect for an appetizer, snack, or even a main dish. No deep frying needed!
Coconut Shrimp Recipe:
• Shrimp: Use 16-22 size frozen raw shrimp, fully thawed and patted dry
Dredging Stations:
• Plate 1: All-purpose flour seasoned with garlic powder, salt & pepper
• Bowl: 2 eggs, beaten
• Plate 2: Panko breadcrumbs mixed with sweetened coconut flakes
Breading Process: Coat shrimp in flour, then egg, then press firmly into the coconut-panko mixture
Air Fryer Instructions:
• Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes in my @typhurculinary Dome2, flipping halfway
Bang Bang Sauce:
• Mayonnaise
• Sweet chili sauce
• Chili garlic sauce
