Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients
2 oz Lemon infused vodka (omit for Mocktail)
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz lavender simple syrup
3-4 oz sparkling water
Lemon Wheel for garnish
Directions
Add Vodka, juice and syrup to a shaker. Add Crushed ice and shake to chill. Strain into a chilled Collins glass filled ¾ with ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon wheel and straw.
Lavender Syrup
Ingredients
.5 cup sugar
.5 cup water
3 Tablespoons Lavender
Directions
Add sugar and water into a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves. Add Lavender and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside until cooled to room temperature. Strain lavender buds from syrup. Store for up to two weeks.
