I get requests to match the color of wood, I had this 2 x 4 laying around so I matched it using acrylic paints.
People often comment that I should start with brown instead of mixing it from primary colors, but I still had to make a lot of adjustments to it. The Burnt Sienna has a reddish tint to it so I added yellow and then some Ultramarine Blue to make it duller.
