Journey To Babel: Season 2, Episode 10
The Enterprise is transporting diplomatic delegations to the Babel Conference. Among the delegates are Spock's parents, Sarek and Amanda. Tension rises with a spy onboard who's transmitting to an unknown ship that's attacking the Enterprise. Sarek is secretly ill, and Kirk is injured, leaving Spock in command, just as Sarek needs a blood transfusion from Spock.
