CLINTON COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police are providing new details on Thursday morning's plane crash near Lock Haven, in Clinton County.
Authorities say the pilot, a 17-year-old female, was pronounced dead at the scene after the single-engine Cessna 172 crashed into a wooded area along Allegheny Street in Woodward Township.
