Accused Gilgo Beach serial killer Rex Heuermann was in court on Wednesday. The focus of his court appearance was on DNA evidence and whether it can be used in the trial as well as how the cases should be tried since Heuermann is charged with seven murders. FOX 5 NY's Jodi Goldberg reports.
