CARNE MOLIDA TACOS DORADOS
ingredients used:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 tsp chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
1/2 Roma tomato, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Corn tortillas (make sure to steam or heat them through so they don’t crack while frying!)
Oil for frying
Toppings used:
Shredded cheese of your choice! (I used fiesta blend cheese)
Shredded lettuce
Homemade salsa
Sliced tomatoes
Crema
I also like to serve this with refried beans, Spanish rice, charred jalapeños and lime!
