Here is the recipe for these Peanut Chocolate Protein Balls! 🎉 Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup Rolled Oats 1 tbsp Cocoa powder 1/4 cup Protein powder 3 tbsp Maple syrup/honey 1.5 tbsp Coconut oil, melted 5 tbsp Peanut butter 4 tbsp Almond milk You may need more 1/2 cup Dark chocolate (70%), melted How to make: Place oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder in your food processor/blender. Blend until you get a fine powder. Add peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and almond milk. Mix well. You may need to add more almond milk (1 tbsp at a time) to get a soft, pliable dough. Taste and adjust for sweetness. Form into 14 even-sized balls. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, and sprinkle some crushed peanuts and sea salt.
