This pump was not working even after being fully primed. I recently repaired Jet in well and it seems to be clogged. The pump impeller could also be broken as it's a two stage pump.
Using the bucket of water as a force feed hooked to the suction of the pump will help it build pressure to test.
This is a check that can be done to rule out a broken impeller. If the pump only develops 30 psi after closing the regulator then it's a broken impeller.
If it build 60 psi then it's a clogged jet as two good impellers will make full pressure.
