Aperol Spritz
3 fl oz Prosecco
2 fl oz Aperol
1 fl oz Soda
1 Orange, cut into wedges
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add 3 parts Prosecco followed by 2 parts Aperol. Give a light stir, then top with 1 part soda water. Garnish with an orange slice.
