This was my first official cook on the @meadowcreekwelding COMBI42 cooker and I was super impressed. These whole chickens were seasoned with our All In One seasoning split open frog chicken style to lay flat on the chicken cooker rack. Cooked over a light layer of @JealousDevil lump charcoal. The first hour bone side down and then flipped over to finish skin side down for the last 20 minutes
