Homemade Sloppy Joe!
2lb ground meat
1 onion
1/2 red or green bell pepper
2 TB tomato paste
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 can water
2 TB red wine vinegar
2 TB brown sugar ( more if like it sweeter)
splash of wochershire sauce
brown meat and drain add vegetables and tomato paste and cook for 5 min.
add other ingredients and cover and simmer 20 to 30 min. Uncover and simmer to desired thickness.
