Ingredients 1 oz cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened 1 tsp coconut flour 1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Instructions 1. Whip cream cheese with a fork in a small bowl. 2. Beat in egg. 3. Mix in cocoa powder, coconut flour, sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract. 4. Preheat mini waffle maker. Spray with oil. 5. Ladle approximately half of batter to just cover the iron. 6.
