Chaffles make life easier – 6 ingredients or less, one bowl, and a mini-waffle maker. This chocolate chaffle is soft and fluffy on the inside, almost like cake, making this an easy breakfast or even dessert option. Top it with homemade whipped cream and more cocoa powder to make life even better!
Ingredients
1 oz cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tsp coconut flour
1 tbsp sugar-free sweetener
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Whip cream cheese with a fork in a small bowl.
2. Beat in egg.
3. Mix in cocoa powder, coconut flour, sugar-free sweetener, and vanilla extract.
4. Preheat mini waffle maker. Spray with oil.
5. Ladle approximately half of batter to just cover the iron.
6. Cook about 3 minutes until desired crispiness.
