In this video I offer instructions on how to do padmasana step by step. `this involves doing a little sequence involving double pigeon pose which will help to open up tight hips, and which in turn will help anyone who wants to do the full lotus position.
Yoga beginners and more advanced practitioners can follow along and open up their tight hips.
