How to Make Eggy Bread #shorts 3 x Eggs Pinch of salt & Pepper 3 to 4 x Slices of bread 1/2 tbsp x Vegetable oil 1. Take three eggs and break them into a bowl. 2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and whisk. 3. Dip the bread into the egg until fully coated. 4. Place a pan on medium-high heat and add 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil. 5. Once the pan is hot, add in your eggy bread and tip over a little extra egg. Cook for two minutes on each side until golden. 6. Serve with a good dollop of tomato ketchup.
