Any tips to support and help this channel grow will be appreciated (click the link below to donate) : In this video, I'm making the famous cheese originating from the south of Italy called burrata. The same method as making mozzarella is used to produce burrata, the only difference is instead of making a normal mozzarella ball the curd is shaped into a pouch and then filled with a mixture of cream and shredded mozzarella also known as stracciatella cheese. Moreover, burrata can be used or eaten by itself or as a topping for pasta, pizza, salad, sandwiches and many other dishes.
