Ingredients:
âą 1 to 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
âą 2 tbsp Meat Church Texas Sugar Rub
Maple Whiskey Glaze
âą 1/2 cup maple syrup
âą 1/4 cup brown sugar
âą 2 tbsp unsalted butter
âą 4 oz bourbon (or whiskey)
Recipe:
1. Set smoker temp at 225Âș and turn on Super Smoke
2. Trim pork tenderloin then season with favorite rub
3. Smoke at 225Âș for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (depending on size) until internal temp 135Âș
4. Create whiskey glaze, bring to boil for 3-4 mins, then simmer until reduced by half
5. With pork tenderloin at 135Âș, apply glaze on all sides
6. Turn smoker up to 300Âș and cook for another 20-30 mins until 145Âș internal temp
7. Let rest for 15 mins, then slide in 1/2 in thick slices to serve
