"We were told that there’s no foul play so they don’t feel like that he needed to be interrogated," said Stiger.
"I believe he should have been interrogated but from the get-go now it’s, time has passed, he’s had time to think," said Townsend.
Their hope now, that the OSBI will get involved, something they'll be asking Muskogee PD to request.
"I have been a Muskogee police supporter my whole life. So this isn’t bash Muskogee PD, this is we want answers. There’s too many conflicting stories," said Stiger.
