Rhodes Deep Dish Pizza 24 frozen Rhodes rolls Olive oil (I used a garlic infused oil) Pizza sauce (I used Rao’s) Toppings ( I used turkey pepperoni, diced red onion, black olives, jalapeños, mozzarella & Monterey Jack shredded cheese) Spray a 9x13” pan with nonstick cooking spray and place frozen rolls into the pan. Lightly spray saran wrap with nonstick cooking spray and place over the rolls. Place in a warm spot to rise for 4 to 6 hours or until doubled in size. I put mine in the oven to rise (oven is off) Preheat oven 350° Once doubled in size, drizzle with olive oil, push down on the dough with your fingers. Top with your favorite pizza sauce, and spread evenly on top. Now add your toppings. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until Golden brown.
