changing supplier? If the meter shows 0005125.43 then your new/old provider just needs the 5 digits before the reading so it would be '05125'
Dual Rate?
Keep pressing 6 on the keypad until you see 'IMP R02' followed by 8 digits - this is usually your night/off-peak reading
