CREAM OF ANYTHING SOUP MIX:
4 cups dry/powdered milk
1 1/2 cups cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken bouillon powder
1 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp minced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp pepper
Mix everything together and store in an airtight container.
To Make:
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup soup mix
1/4-1/2 cup add ins
Whisk soup mix into broth. Add your add ins...if you want. Heat over medium heat until it thickens. It only takes a couple minutes. You can eat it as is or you can use it in place of any cream of canned soup.
