4imprint distribution centre is situated in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, where the group is an important local employer. Although most customer orders are shipped directly from suppliers, the distribution centre handles large volumes, particularly apparel, where orders can be complex. It has facilities to decorate with embroidery and screen printing, with screen printing also carried out at a separate site in Appleton, Wisconsin. To meet the growing demand for apparel, the Oshkosh distribution centre is currently being expanded from its existing footprint of 300,000 square ft to 450,000 square ft.
The distribution centre is powered by an adjacent solar array that is also now being upgraded to cater for the additional needs. The new capacity at Oshkosh is scheduled to come on stream in Q324 with the project costing around $20 million.
