Salt and Pepper Shrimp 🍤
This is my favorite way to make Salt and Pepper Shrimp. I’ve tried multiple ways and I find that doing a dry dredge gives a crisp yet thin coating on the shrimp.
What you’ll need:
2 dozen shrimp
3/4 cup potato starch or AP flour
1/2 cup corn starch
Salt to taste
2 tsp White pepper
1 tbsp bouillon
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
4 jalapeños sliced
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced shallot
Seasoning salt:
1 tbsp bouillon
2 tsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp black pepper
(Do not use all) season moderately
