We bought this house for $20,000 online at a tax auction while 8 months pregnant with our first baby. Our plan is to clean it up, renovate and remodel it entirely ourselves, from start to finish.
This is our first day doing any work to the property. We started by mowing, which we quickly realized was not very doable due to the amount of debris scattered everywhere..so we transitioned into picking up all of the junk to make way for the mower to go through safely. By the end of the day, we had a trailer fully loaded and made a clear path to the front deck!
