I wanted a slide out shelf for my printer to sit on inside my cabinets so it could be hidden when it’s not in use but easy to pull out and access when we need it. I built a shelf using 1x2’s and cut grooves into the 1x2’s with my router bit. Then I cut a 1/2” piece of plywood for the base of the shelf that fit into the grooves. Once I got the shelf assembled I attached the slides to the inside of the cabinet and to the shelf and just like that I’ve got myself a slide out shelf! Be sure to subscribe for more DIY projects!
