Accused #UCCS Shooter, #NicholasJordan, has been found mentally incompetent to stand trial. Jordan allegedly killed his roommate, Samuel Knopp, and Celie Montgomery in a University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) dorm room. The judge granted the state's request for a second competency evaluation.
