Kalua Pork & Cabbage in Instant Pot
Ingredients:
• 4lbs Pork Shoulder
• 1 med size head of cabbage - julienned 1/2 inch
• Liquid smoke
• Hawaiian sea salt, kosher salt, or Himalayan sea salt
• 4 gloves of garlic - smashed (optional)
Instructions:
• Pressure cook Pork shoulder for 90 mins
• Remove and use fork to pull apart meat
• You can sauté the pork and cabbage in a pan using the juice and adjust the flavor to taste with salt, pepper, and more liquid smoke, and saute until soft
• or add your cabbage to the pressure cooker and cook for an additional 15 mins
