Meanwhile, wine can contain anywhere between 5.5 to 16.5 percent alcohol. So if you have one standard-size serving of wine with 12 percent ABV, which amounts to 150 ml, it contains 18 ml of pure alcohol. Remember it is a volume game- the more the wine, the more the alcohol.
