These Asian style pork belly burnt ends with some home made japanese bbq sauce with a little spicy gochujang hit all the spots on a cold winter day. I seasoned these with my bc gold rush dust. (Honey base bbq rub) Slow smoked them for 5 hours until 187 Braised them down with my sauce and the things came out unbelievable! 1000/10 would recommend!
