Have you tried Wild Boar?! This was my first time, and won’t be my last! I went with Maple Cajun which was a great choice and I highly recommend trying it this way! Preheat your smoker to 250°F while you prep the ribs. I’m using my @recteq_official DualFire for this! Just peel off that membrane and hit both sides with @fyrstarter Red Hot sauce as a binder, and season them up with Canyon Crust by @chilesandsmoke as well as some Cajun seasoning, I used @hardcorecarnivore. Then let them smoke for 1.5-2 hours, and pull them off when the internal hits about 165°F! Wrap them in some @reynoldsbrands foil along with some Butter and Maple syrup, and get them back on the smoker meat side down for 30-45 mins or until they hit about 200°F Then we can take them out of the foil, place them back on for 10-15 mins so the glaze can set and they hit 203-205° internal!
