Go to the following website:
On the top, click “Get Codes”
Enter your VIN
Enter your zip code (you can make it up)
Enter your phone number and email address (you can enter any phone number here but I used my real email address and they emailed me the code as well)
Enter the serial number you retrieved from the previous steps.
The codes for your vehicle will be displayed.
Turn the car to the ON position again, hold down Map, Menu and Cancel. Enter the code.
