Here’s an easy baked salmon dish that’s quick to make. I’ve placed 3 pieces of Salmon (skin side down) in a baking dish covered with foil (for easy clean up). Then I’ll squeeze on some fresh lemon juice. Salmon loves lemon. If any seeds get on the fish, just brush them off. No big deal! Next, pour some olive oil on top. Notice we are putting on our wet ingredients first, so that our spices stay on the fish. Then I will sprinkle on some sea salt. You don’t need a lot. Next, I’ll put some fresh pepper on top. I love fresh pepper. Then I will sprinkle on some onion powder and then some garlic powder. Fresh garlic would be better, but I’m in a hurry! Finally, I’ll add some paprika. I love it’s beautiful warm color. My oven is at 400 and I’ll bake the fish for about 20 minutes (make sure your fish is fully cooked). It tastes delicious! Thanks for watching.
