Made with breakfast sausage, a mix of cheddar and sharp white cheese, and a secret ingredient, they’re a hit for game day or holiday gatherings. A dip in honey mustard brings it all together!
Ingredients
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 package Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit mix
1 lb cheese (half cheddar and half sharp white)
1 block cream cheese
½ cup honey mustard
Directions
1. Pre-warm the pellet grill to 275°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, biscuit mix, cheese, and cream cheese. Mix well.
3. Roll into 1 oz balls and arrange on a baking sheet.
4. Place the baking sheet on the griddle and cook for about 30 minutes.
5. After 30 minutes, check the doneness; larger balls may require additional time. Remove from the griddle and allow to cool slightly.
6. Serve with honey mustard for dipping.
