Easy shredded beef sandwiches. If you’re not making these with a chuck roast, you’re missing out. It’s a great alternative to more expensive cuts and they come out delicious! Cut the chuck roast into larger cubes, some W sauce for the binder and season with my AP and Steak seasoning. These go on the @webergrills kettle running at 250 degrees with @kingsford Low & Slow Briquettes. Smoke for about 2-3 hours then place them in a foil pan with butter, bbq sauce and more AP Rub. Cover with foil and continue cooking until fork tender. Total cook time was about 4 hours. Shred the beef and assemble the sandwiches.
