Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 can of corn
- Salt and pepper
- 1.5 oz of cotija cheese
- 2 tbsp of crema
- 2 tbsp of mayo
- Cilantro (chopped)
- Chili powder
- Cayenne powder
- Lime juice
Recipe:
1. Cook 1 can of corn in 2 tbsp of butter. Season with salt and pepper.
2. Transfer the corn to a bowl and mix in cotija cheese, crema, mayo, cilantro, chili powder, cayenne powder, and lime juice.
3. Top with cotija cheese, chili powder, cayenne powder, and cilantro.
