Former Post Office Limited chief financial officer Chris Day told the Horizon IT Inquiry he understood problems with the Horizon system had been addressed around the time he joined the organisation in August 2011, and was "not unduly concerned" about them at the time. Mr Day was shown an email from the company's product and branch accounting division head Rod Ismay, sent in September 2011, concerning Horizon's integrity.
