Akfix concrete foam adhesive is the cat's meow. I don't get paid by these folks. I'm just a contractor that uses their product and it is amazing. Using it for pavers or lose outdoor tile or slate is great. It grabs instantly and dries quickly. The blocks in this video only dried for a few hours and they were rock solid when put to the test.
