Plenty of dogs accompany their humans and enjoy camping, hiking and being in British Columbia’s beautiful outdoors in the summer, where ticks can be picked up. Not all ticks carry lyme disease, but if you think your dog has picked up a tick, taking him to the vet is highly recommended.
