This shorts video will cover how to use Tapcon anchors the right way! Tapcon anchors are concrete screws, or masonry screws, intended to attach things to concrete or cinder blocks. I use them the most in the basement when attaching my bottom plates to the concrete floor. They are a great substitute for a ramset and nails. They allow you to remove them later if you need to and the don't crack the concrete. You also don't need anything other than a hammer drill. They take a little longer to install, but I like them a lot. Don't forget to subscribe so you don't miss the rest of my videos in my "Finishing a Basement" series.
